  • A word from Samantha S...

I’ve never encountered such a driven and motivated young professional like Cyd Ferguson, who places the needs of her clients above anything else. During my journey towards home ownership, when I encountered roadblock after roadblock, she kept me grounded and motivated while turning “No’s” into “Yes’s” and finding ways to circumvent the various challenges I faced...I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through that experience without her. So much so that she’s the only person I have since recommended to persons having mortgage and conveyance-related issues.
