Just a reminder

The deadline to submit legislation to the 2007 Council on Legislation is 30 June 2006. Any proposals received after this deadline will not be heard at the council, so Rotarians should submit proposals as soon as possible.

The Council on Legislation, Rotary's parliament, meets every three years to deliberate and act on all proposed enactments and resolutions submitted by clubs, district conferences, the General Council, the Conference of Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland, and the RI Board. The council, composed of more than 500 representatives from every part of the Rotary world, also offers proposals.

The next Council on Legislation is scheduled for 22-28 April 2007 in Chicago.
