If you have not yet booked, take a minute to look over previous emails I have sent covering a lot of the initial information. Alternatively, you can visit the District Conference Website  for ALL the Cruise information you will need for now, including details on how to get registered immediately and contact information for our designated travel agent - Steve. Booking the Cruise with Steve includes your Automatic Conference Registration.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED…
 
If you have already booked, you should have so far been charged the initial deposit of $200 per cabin to your credit card. If you have not been charged, it is likely that the form you sent in was not received, in which case please immediately contact Steve.(Contact Information on the Registration Form).  
 
If you have been charged this amount, look out for an email from Steve over the next few weeks which will contain:
  • A link to your personal Royal Caribbean Cruise Registration Booking Page, where you will need to confirm all your details, including spelling of your names etc (very important) and which you will use later for online check in prior to arrival.
  •  Invoice for the balance which is due to the Cruise Line, for authorization to run this on your credit card. Once final charges have been made and your information is correct, you are all set to Sail come May 15th.
  • Option to stay at Miami Marriott Airport Hotel from the night before. We have worked out a special rate of $200 per room, including shuttle to the Cruise Port of Miami on Monday, May 15th. This can also be booked through Steve to ensure your space on the shuttle. We strongly recommend flying in at least the day before the Cruise Departs, as boarding on the ship closes off at around 2pm Monday, and hence flight delays can be a major challenge.
 
Please note that Conference Registration will be open at the Miami Airport Marriott on Saturday May 13th- Monday May 15th, and then additionally on board the ship on Monday May 15th. If you booked the ship with Steve, you are already Registered for Conference, and hence would just be picking up your Registration Package on Arrival.
 
No Doubt you have many questions including Dress Codes, Directions to the Port (for those staying elsewhere than the Marriott) etc. Look out for much more information from me regarding your Cruise Experience, as the date draws nearer.
